Huy was 33 years old when he went home to be with the Lord. Cancer took his body — but it could not touch the man he was, the people he loved, or the God he served.

Who Huy was
A friend. A believer. A man who feared God in the truest, most beautiful sense of that word — not afraid of God, but in awe of Him. Huy lived like Jesus was real, because he believed Jesus was real. And anyone who spent time with him saw it.
His faith
Huy believed that this life isn't all there is. He believed that Jesus came, lived without sin, died on a cross for us, and rose again three days later — so that we could live forever. He believed that God's love was the only thing strong enough to carry him through cancer. And it did.
If you knew Huy and saw the way he held onto hope, that was Jesus. He'd want you to know Him too.
Intercession
Huy is not gone. Jesus said it plainly: "God is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for to Him all are alive" (Luke 20:38). Those who have gone home in Christ are more alive, more awake, and more themselves than they have ever been.
So you can still talk to Huy. Not instead of God — with him, to God. The way you'd lean over and ask a friend in church to pray for you. He loved Jesus on earth. He sees Him face to face now. Ask him to lift your intentions before the Father, the same Father he's worshiping right now.
"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses…" — Hebrews 12:1
Why this garden exists
People are never gone from this world. It's what they did, and how they loved, that keeps them alive — for eternity.
This site is a place for everyone Huy touched to plant a memory. A laugh. A lesson. A prayer for his family. A story of how he showed you Jesus. Together, we keep his garden growing — and his light shining — for as long as anyone wants to visit.
